managed investment schemes including investor directed portfolio services.
Our financial advice service

principles. The focus is to identify quality businesses that will provide long term
above market compound returns with low risk. We’ll email you a newsletter.

How are we paid?

Associations and Relationships
BR, its directors and related parties have no associations or relationships with any product
issuers other than when advising retail clients to invest in managed funds when the
managers of these funds may also be clients of BR representatives. As such we may
receive brokerage for our services of execution and advice from the same funds that we
Recommend.
V3, its directors and related parties have an association with Conscious Capital and the
Conscious Investor Fund.
V3 may from time to time have a financial interest in financial products recommended but
any such ownership will be disclosed to you, if material.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our service you should contact your representative and tell
them about your complaint. The representative will follow BR’s internal dispute resolution
policy, which includes sending you a copy of the policy when required to. Please also
contact David Bickford, if you wish to. If you aren’t satisfied with an outcome, please
contact AFCA, see below.
